When all the songs are over
& all the words been said
The sun grows dim across the sky
& the world ready's for bed
I often take a moment now
To view the sky above
And whisper God a simple prayer,
to thank him for your love.
My love 4 U is not so complex
it’s not, your looks or the great sex.
It’s your great personality, that I see
being with U shows, what love can be.
I look at the picture, that U gave 2 me
knowing you're mine, makes me so happy,
Nothing will ever, tear us apart,
a piece of U now, I carry in my heart.
U can count grains of sand
& all the stars 2
the fingers on your hand
but not my love 4 U
A part of U has grown in me
U & I will never part
There may be distance, at
times in our lives, but
never in my heart.
Sometimes I wish
That we had met sooner,
That the detours along the way
Could have been fewer.
But then something tells me
We found each other
At just the right place in our lives.
Now here we are-right on time
And so right together.
The tears from my sky, never fall
No clouds, no darkness, none at all.
Your beautiful smile & sparkling eyes,
All I see, is a clear blue skies.
My day may be hectic.
My schedule may be tight.
But I'll always make time
to say, I love U &
